LAHORE: PML-N President Nawaz Sharif has said that his party would issue tickets to the aspirants for national and provincial seats on merit, Geo News reported.
Addressing the PML-N parliamentary board here Wednesday, Nawaz said by the grace of Allah Pakistani people have learnt a less to live like civilized nations, adding the elected government
completed its tenure without the umbrella of anyone.
PML-N president said putting hurdles in the ways of democracy to flourish is like a national crime. He added that future of democratic system is the basis of states’ sovereignty and dignity of the nations.
Nawaz Sharif welcomed decision of Sardar Akhtar Mengal for participating in upcoming elections.
