LONDON: Aleem Dar of Pakistan has won the ICC best umpire award for third consecutive year at a ceremony held here on Monday.However, Pakistan’s pace bowler Wahab Riaz and middle-order batsman Azhar Ali failed to win the best emerging player of the year award.
