Geo News receives CCTV video of Shahbaz’s car

LAHORE: Geo News has received CCTV video footage of Shahbaz Taseer’s car moments before he was kidnapped in the Gulberg area of the city. The video shows the white Mercedes of Shahbaz Taseer making a turn towards his office at 10:19 AM. It is on this street that the son of the former Punjab governor was kidnapped. Reportedly, an SUV and a motorcycle stopped Shahbaz Taseer's car and he was kidnapped by four men. Police say that Shahbaz had been provided with a security escort which was not with him at the time of the kidnapping.
