The President will address the joint sitting of the Parliament on the advent of new Parliamentary Year on Tuesday.  The joint session of the Senate and the national Assembly will be held in Islamabad on Tuesday at the beginning of new parliamentary year. President Asif Ali Zardari will address the session. Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar said President Zardari will unveil a road map for the future during his address. It would be fourth consecutive address of the President to the joint sitting of the Parliament since PPP led government took over in 2008. Political circles say address to the parliament would be a milestone in democratic history of the country and it is the reflection of strengthening of democratic institutions. They said the current Parliament has the credit of landmark legislation and passing of unanimously both the 18th and the 19th amendments by restoring the 1973 constitution in its actual form.
