Twenty militants were killed and five militant hideouts were destroyed during artillery shelling by security forces in the upper part of Orakzai Agency Saturday,
According to sources, security forces targeted militants’ hideouts in different areas and killed 20 militants. During the clashes, two security personnel also sustained injuries who were shifted to Kalaya hospital.
Security forces are conducting a search operation in Tehsil Jamrood of Khyber Agency while curfew has been imposed in some areas of North Waziristan, political administration informed.
